The USPTO Announces Patents for Humanity Winners. “As innovation and economic progress have made the world increasingly connected, more and more industries are realizing that their technologies can improve lives everywhere,” said Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office Michelle K. The Daily Journal Names BSTZ LLP as a Top Boutique for IP matters
The October 15, 2014 issue of the Daily Journal profiled BSTZ LLP as one of the Top Boutique firms.
In the article, firm co-founder and partner Roger Blakely estimated that more than 90 percent of the firm’s business is with tech companies. These include Santa Clara-based Intel Corp., which BSTZ LLP has represented since 1977, as well as computer software and wireless technology companies.
