We believe that the proper training and education of our staff is critical to the success of our firm. We have a full-time Training Coordinator on staff who is able to arrange participation in both in-house training and outside seminars. This has given prospective employees with little or no intellectual property experience the opportunity to be considered for positions that traditionally may have required prior patent prosecution experience.
