Coverage - The firm offers comprehensive medical coverage
to all employees for a nominal cost. In most offices, employees have the option of choosing HMO or OAP coverage for themselves and their dependents. In some offices, only PPO coverage is available.

the firm provides a prescription drug program.

Savings Plan - This plan offers an opportunity for employees to save a percentage of their gross

25% of the contributions made by each employee.

receive a percentage contribution (varies each year).
- Vacation
Leave
- Regular full-time employees accrue 10 days of vacation per
year during their first three years of employment. Thereafter,
vacation leave is increased incrementally, up to a maximum of
20 days.
- Personal/Sick
Leave - The firm also offers six additional days of Personal/Sick
Leave.
- Holidays
- The firm pays for up to 11 holidays each year, depending upon
the year.
- Long-Tenure Bonus Leave Program
- Staff employees are eligible for 4 consecutive weeks Sabbatical
Leave after 10 years.
