 At BSTZ we
value our employees, and they value the special environment that
we have created here. We were one of the first law firms to implement
an Every Day Business Casual policy, and casual is expressed in
both dress and manner. All staff and attorneys are on a first
name basis. All managers have an open door policy. Although our
environment is informal and friendly, we still pride ourselves
on our professionalism. We take our business seriously. Our staff
members work hard all day -- but then they go home. We support our
employees' efforts to balance work and, well...life.
