Our attorneys are proud to be selected as participants in our mentoring program, and our Summer Associates benefit greatly from their relationships with their personal mentors. As a BSTZ Summer Associate, an associate mentor and a partner mentor guides you through each stage of your development. Our mentors are skilled in providing progressively challenging assignments, giving instructions and feedback, and reviewing the individual contributions made by our Summer Associates.
