What is the track to making Partner with BSTZ?
The usual amount of time that one works as an attorney before becoming a partner is between five to seven years.

What are the billable hour requirements at BSTZ?
The billable hour requirement is 1800 per year for all associates.

Are there many female and minority attorneys at BSTZ?
Please see our NALP information section.

If I start out at one office, is it possible to transfer to one of your other offices down the road?
Yes, several attorneys have either gone to open new offices in other cities/states, and others have transferred to existing offices. We prefer that you remain at your original office for at least a year, but after that you may transfer, and you will not lose any time toward your partnership track (if applicable).

How many laterals do you plan to hire in the next year?
We recruit for all offices and hire qualified lateral attorneys. We have a growing client demand, and hire laterals as demand increases. We intend to keep a strong pattern of growth.
