In 1975 Roger Blakely, Stanley Sokoloff, Edwin Taylor and Norman
Zafman came together to create a law firm with the sole purpose
of partnering with the founding fathers of technology to ensure
the preservation and protection of their ideas. Since its inception,
the Firm has been a significant player in the high tech explosion,
growing up with technology giants such as Intel and Apple, while
still providing legal counsel for emerging companies.
We have helped secure protection of intellectual capital for companies
that range from solitary inventors to corporate conglomerates.
