Patent Prosecution Attorney or Patent Agent - Silicon Valley (Sunnyvale)

An experienced mid-level associate or agent with at least 3.5 years, but no more than 5 years of experience in patent prosecution.  A degree in computer science and industry experience as a software engineer is preferred.  Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, and be admitted to the USPTO.

Patent Prosecution Attorney - Orange County (Costa Mesa)

An experienced mid-level associate or agent with at least 3.5 years, but no more than 5 years of experience in patent prosecution.  A degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering is required. Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials (at least top 1/3 of law school class), superb communication and writing skills, and be admitted to the USPTO and licensed to practice in CA.

Patent Prosecution Attorney or Patent Agent - Orange County (Costa Mesa)

An attorney or patent agent who preferably has experience in analog circuit design and/or wireless communication protocols.  2+ years of experience preferred, but not required.
