Tong Lee is a member of the Patent Practice Group.  Tong is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property protection in the areas of software, hardware, circuit design, semiconductor, nanotechnology, mechanical design, and telecommunications.  She has provided a broad range of patent related services, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, rendering legal opinions of non-infringement, invalidity, and patentability, and advising startup companies regarding IP protection.
 
Prior to joining the Firm, she taught graduate-level courses in computer science and computer engineering, and worked as an engineer at Hughes Space and Communications.
 
Tong is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
