Justin joined BSTZ following a stint as a Patent Engineer at Intel Corp. He brings a tremendous wealth of industrial and academic know-how to his patent practice.
 
Prior to joining Intel Legal, Justin conducted research in the Components Research division of Intel Corp. from 2002-2005. During that time, he was honored as the Intel Oregon inventor with most patents filed in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Justin’s research led to his being included as one of a team of 10 individuals recognized with the 2003 Intel Achievement Award for “The Development of the World’s First High-K/Metal-Gate CMOS Transistor with Record-Setting Performance.”
 
Justin holds over 70 U.S. Patents and has co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals in technical fields ranging from the Electrical arts to the Chemical arts. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry and an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Pure Mathematics. Justin completed his academic technical training in 2001 as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
