Eric Hyman is a member of the Patent Practice Group and Trademark Practice Group. Eric is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property protection in the software, hardware, and electronics industries. He assists clients with all stages of securing U.S. patent, trademark and copyright protection and coordinates the filing and prosecution of foreign patent and trademark applications. Eric provides a broad range of intellectual property related services including review and evaluation of patent portfolios, writing and negotiating patent, trademark and copyright licenses, due diligence investigations, and preparing opinions regarding patent validity and infringement.
