Eric Hiponia is a member of the Patent Practice Group. Eric is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses primarily on preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications. His areas of practice include hardware and software/firmware for electronics, computers, and networking systems and devices.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric worked as a computer hardware and software engineer for Hewlett-Packard, a computer hardware verification engineer for PMC-Sierra, and a computer software engineer for Electronics for Imaging.

Eric’s focus is on ensuring his clients obtain value and comprehensive protection for their intellectual property.
