Brent Vecchia is a member of the Patent Practice Group. Brent is a registered patent agent who specializes in preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Brent has extensive experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the computer, communications, optics, medical, and semiconductor processing industries. He has prosecuted several of a large Fortune 100 company’s most valuable patents. Brent has also worked closely with in house council at this company over the past several years to review and improve several key patent portfolios. He also has experience in providing litigation support, conducting clearance searches, assisting with drafting opinions on third party patents, and in performing various other intellectual property related services.
