Our focus
on collaboration is evident in the successful programs we have
developed with clients and professional colleagues. One accomplishment
of which we are particularly proud is our ability to foster the
professional development of our clients' intern attorneys by giving
them the opportunity to receive training and mentoring within
our firm. We have a long-standing program whereby the client's
legal interns work alongside our own interns under the direction
of more senior BSTZ attorneys. This experience benefits both our
clients, who become immersed in our methodology, and our attorneys,
who develop strong working relationships with the client representatives
and gain deeper insights into the client's business. Similarly,
our unique foreign attorney-hosting program provides opportunities
for international attorneys to work in our offices and to exchange
knowledge and skills with members of our firm.
